This year, the Poster Presentations for Capstone Day 2021 will be presented and viewed virtually. To accomplish this, the students who are presenting posters will record their presentations and share the video's URL.

This guide will walk you through the steps of recording your presentation on your iPad and show you how to share your video's URL link. Also within this guide is the submission form to share your poster presentation video's URL so it can be assessed.

After you have recorded your poster presentation, you will need to upload your video and share the URL so others can watch and evaluate your poster. 

Uploading & Sharing a URL Link on YouTube
When you upload your video to YouTube, you will need to publish the video as Unlisted so anyone with the URL link will be able to watch the video. An Unlisted video will not show up in searches. 

Uploading & Sharing a URL Link on Microsoft Stream
To access Microsoft Stream, you will need to be logged into your DWU Microsoft account. 

Please Note: It takes a good amount of time for Stream to process and upload video files.
It can take up to an hour or longer for a video to process and upload.
