Lynn "Smokey" Hart
Lynn is largely responsible for the fact that SD recognizes both Martin Luther King’s birthday and Native American’s Day as statewide holidays. What is more interesting, Lynn is ½ African American and ½ Native American. His story is humorous and filled with genuine “God” moments. He’ll speak to us live via Zoom.
