South Dakota Education Association 
The South Dakota Education Association is a professional organization working hard for educators, so they can continue to work hard for our kids. SDEA members provide a wide range of professional education services in communities throughout the state.

South Dakota Content Standards
South Dakota Content Standards serve as expectations for what students should know and be able to do by the end of each grade. The goal is that all students will graduate college, career, and life ready.

United States Department of Education

National Education Association

National Center for Education Statistics 
The National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) is the primary federal entity for collecting and analyzing data related to education in the U.S. and other nations.

Gale Presents: Peterson's Test Prep

The South Dakota State Library will provide FREE statewide access to Gale Presents: Peterson’s Test Prep for all SD citizens. This is a valuable online tool library patrons and students of all ages can use for standardized test preparation, researching and selecting college and graduate schools, finding tuition assistance, and exploring careers. 

Educational Testing Service: Praxis
The Praxis tests help South Dakota educators demonstrate their knowledge of content, pedagogy and instructional skills for the classroom. These tests are important components of South Dakota's licensure and certification process and include Praxis Subject Assessments and School Leadership Series.
