On October 24, 2025 the Opperman Lecture took place at DWU McGovern Library. The speaker was Keith Becker and he spoke about his Aunt Gertrude Becker. The picture above is Gertrude from the 1917 Yearbook. The attached document is a look at her life in mostly her words. This comes from her letters and journals.
